All orders require 1-5 Business Days processing time before shipping process. FREEZEMOD does not guarantee same day shipping. FREEZEMOD does not process orders during weekends. FREEZEMOD will notify customer by email when order will leave its premises with shipping courier.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND CHARGES

FREEZEMOD can ship your order via four different postal services (depends on availability of service for your country, options shown at checkout process):

  1. DHL Express: Full tracking possible, all information at dhl.com
  2. E-Packet: Full tracking possible, all information at http://www.17track.net/
  3. Post Mail: Full tracking possible, all information at http://www.17track.net/
  4. SF Express:  Full tracking possible, all information at http://www.sf-express.com/

Rates are automatically calculated by Online Shipping Calculator by shipment weight. Rates are custom duty unpaid.
Shipping charges can be calculated before ordering. Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout. Since shipping cost is based on region, charges cannot be estimated until you provide requested information.

  • Shipping charges are not included in the price of the item.
  • Shipping time is not guaranteed, only estimated; shipping cost is guaranteed as stated at checkout.
  • Custom duties are not included in cost of the product and are paid by customer at destination. Process of payment is handled by third party (usually carrier) and FREEZEMOD is not responsible for incurred costs.
  • We are sorry, but we cannot refund the shipping charges for weather related delays.
  • FREEZEMOD does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals on packages shipped to rural areas.
  • FREEZEMOD does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals due to closed or delayed airport activity.

 

EFFECT OF CUSTOMS PROCESSES ON SHIPPING TIME AND EXTRA COSTS

All International shipments are subject to possible delays due to customs and may incur additional customs duties or taxes.  We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for additional incurred customs charges.  Items are declared based on their charged value; we do not accept customer requests to markdown the item declarations (You would be defrauding your government which is illegal and punishable!) Any items shipped from one country to another are subject to customs fees.  So far we have received feedback from a very small percentage of international customers who have indicated that have had to pay customs fees, so we believe the majority of customers pay little or no customs charges.  But by placing an international order with us, you are acknowledging that you understand there may be customs fees in addition to the item costs and agree to pay any additional fees that are imposed.

 

SPECIAL NOTICE ABOUT P.O. BOX SHIPPING
Our delivery partners can’t deliver if address is P.O. Box. If Customer states P.O. Box address as shipping address, FREEZEMOD will contact customer via e-mail asking for alternative address that is not P.O. Box. If customer does not reply within 3 days, FREEZEMOD will cancel the order and fully refund the payment.

FREEZEMOD products that are purchased directly from FREEZEMOD shop may be returned by Customer in accordance with FREEZEMOD “Return Policy”:

  • Products returned for credit due to customer remorse or incorrect purchase decision must be received within 30 days of invoice date in unaltered and undamaged state. Only packaging can be opened, product must not have any traces of use. Customer will be charged  up to 15% restocking fee if processing costs occur during  reprocessing at FREEZEMOD.

Shipping Charges for Returns

FREEZEMOD provides shipping to the sender only. Unless otherwise noted, shipping on products and returns is nonrefundable, and returning a product comes at the expense of the customer.

Damaged Items during delivery: All shipping packages are fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us immediately by e-mail. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for seven days with original packaging for courier’s company inspection. Once resolved we will send you new products at courier expense.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges on merchandise. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back. This is analogous to paying for gas to drive a product back to a store you bought from to return it. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. FREEZEMOD will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier.
